Current Positions Available
-Senior Investment Banker (Senior Vice President or Managing Director level)
10-20+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
Origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions.
Must have industry experience in one or more technology industry sub-sectors.
Must have mergers and acquisitions transaction experience.
Must have current CEO and Board level contacts.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Series 7 or 79 Securities License preferred (or able to complete within 90 days)
(Commission/Bonus Based Position)
- Director of Business Development
5-10+ years of experience in originating M&A transactions for technology companies.
Must have mergers and acquisitions deal origination experience.
Must have current CEO, CFO and Board level contacts.
Able to work with limited supervision.
Entrepreneur with a motivation to bring in deal flow from multiple sources.
BBA or BS required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Series 7 or 79 Securities License preferred (or able to complete within 90 days)
