AARON SOLGANICK

Mr. Solganick is the Founder, President and Managing Director of Generation Equity Advisors and is an experienced
technology investment banker. He has completed over $8.5 billion in transactions to date including mergers and acquisitions,
private capital raises and IPO's.  He has worked at top-tier and middle-market investment banking firms and gained
experience in complex transactions of most shapes and sizes. Prior to starting the firm, Aaron was a Senior Vice President for
B. Riley & Co. (a Los Angeles based middle-market investment banking firm) and was a Vice President for KPMG Corporate
Finance LLC in its investment banking subsidiary. He also worked as a Technology Investment Banker for Southwest
Securities Group and was in the Corporate Development and Treasury group of Perot Systems Corporation.  His clients are
globally focused technology firms and span from large corporations, smaller private companies to private equity firms. He
began his career in 1993 at Bear Stearns & Co. and has approximately 20 years of experience.

Chad Gardiner is a senior investment banker and founding executive of Generation Equity Advisors and is responsible for the
execution of mergers & acquisitions for the firms clients. Chad has over 8 years of experience in investment banking and
capital markets and has completed over $3 billion in transactions to date.  Prior to joining GEA, he gained experience in
mergers and acquisitions departments at Merrill Lynch, CIBC World Markets (NY) and Deutsche Bank (NY)  were he was an
Analyst and Associate investment banker.  In addition, he also worked in private equity at The Yucaipa Companies, a Los
Angeles based PE firm with over $30 billion in investments and acquisitions.

MAX BRANDT

Mr. Brandt has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Private Equity. Formerly, Max was the Chief Financial
Officer (U.S.) for Red Sea Group, a private equity firm and holding company based in Los Angeles and Israel that owns the
Park Plaza hotel chain. He was instrumental in the structuring, acquisition, financing and disposition of over $500 million in
investments for the firm, along with the financial management of its U.S. operations.

Max earned an M.B.A. degree from the University of Dallas and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nebraska. He
currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA.


NICOLAS TEBOUL

Mr. Teboul joined GEA in 2011 as an experienced Investment Banking Associate and has approximately 5 years of experience
in M&A and capital markets.  Prior to GEA, Nicolas was an investment banker with Demers Beaulne (Montreal, Quebec), G4
Solutions (Montreal, Quebec) and Alternative Finance (Paris, France).  He has worked on and advised on many M&A
transactions with an emphasis on small-to-medium sized companies within Canada, France and Western Europe.

Nicolas earned a Master in Economics degree from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Bachelor in Administration
in Corporate Finance from the Universite Paris Dauphine. Nicolas is fluent in French and English and currently resides in
Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
